So, we came up with the Light Shell Parka, which has the look and all the great features of a mountain parka (utilitarian pockets, hood, rugged good vibes), but is light, sporty, and easy to coordinate with warm weather outfits. As great for casual, everyday wear as it is for mountain adventures, we bet the Light Shell Parka will be your go-to jacket from spring through summer.

Fabric note: We love this water repellent taslan nylon. Taslan is known for being quick-drying and having as soft a hand feel as cotton. This particular taslan also has a finely crinkled texture which prevents cling and  makes it well suited for hot days.
