That’s exactly the philosophy behind the Batten-Down Vest. Like our Batten-Down Parka, it’s made in Japan at a military-grade factory, where craftsmanship and precision meet durability and comfort.

The down undergoes a special cleaning process using mineral-rich Japanese water, which removes impurities and maximizes the “fluff effect”—for that ideal balance of warmth and lightweight comfort.
