Spring has sprung and we've got our new favorite jacket on. The Battenwear Nylon Jump Jacket was created specially for our Spring/Summer 2019 collection, but considering how much we've been wearing and loving it, it's likely to join the ranks of our year-round Batten favorites, like the Packable Anorak and Travel Shell Parka.
With its drop shoulder, re-invented 80's vibe, and outdoor readiness, the Nylon Jump Jacket reminds us of jackets we wore as teenagers, but better. It's made with 2-ply taslan that with a has a crisp, almost cottony hand-feel in addition to being water-repellent and wind-resistant.
The Nylon Jump Jacket also has great pockets and a two way front zipper (of course! it's Battenwear after all). We particularly like the stand-up collar, which offers weather protection and a certain smoothness factor whether the jacket is zipped or unzipped.
