Shipping

All orders are shipped from Battenwear's warehouse in California. Shipping rates can be viewed once an item is in your cart and are based on weight and location. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of order being placed.

Please note: Battenwear HAS NO WAY TO PREVENT THEFT once your package has been delivered. We are not able to replace an item that has been marked delivered and then stolen from delivery location.  If your shipping address has experienced past problems with package theft, please contact us so that we can ensure that the order is delivered with signature confirmation or otherwise brainstorm on the best way to avoid trouble. 

All orders of $400 value or greater will automatically be shipped with signature confirmation required unless otherwise instructed by the customer. If your order is less than $400 in value and you would like to add signature confirmation, please contact us at info@battenwear.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Domestic

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Exception: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas U.S. Possessions, territories, and Freely Associated States will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Free Ground Shipping for U.S. Orders Over $150

Orders in the continental US that are greater than $150 in value can be shipped for free by UPS ground. Customer must select free shipping at checkout.

International

International orders are shipped by DHL or UPS.It is our policy to declare international shipments at full value. Governmental agencies in recipient country will in most cases require payment ofadditional duties or feeson the full value of the order before they release the package to you. Battenwear cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties owed. If you would like to calculate roughly how much this will be, there are a number of useful customs calculators available online.

Delivery Refusal And/Or Return To Sender

If you decide to refuse a shipment, Battenwear will not grant a refund of any kind.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.

All returns on full-price merchandise must first be authorized by Battenwear. To initiate a return, email info@battenwear.com with RETURN in the subject line. After we confirm your return request, you may return your order at your expense using the shipping method of your choice. We strongly recommend using a track-able and insured service. Battenwear is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved as saleable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order for the item you want before initiating the return of your original purchase. This will ensure that your desired replacement is available and on its way to you. Following your replacement purchase, please initiate the return process as described above; after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund and notify you via email. Please feel free to contact us with questions at any time during this process.

No Returns on Final Sale Notice

Please note that allitems purchased at a discount are final sale, and cannot be returned.

E-Checks and Pending Payment Orders

Orders made with pending payment do not remove items from inventory until the payment clears. If you pay with an e-check or if your order's payment status is pending for any reason, the item(s) in your order are available for other customers to purchase until your payment clears. 

When we receive orders with pending payment status, we automatically send an email offering to cancel the order so that it can be placed again using a different payment method. For more information, please email us at info@battenwear.com
