Battenwear ships with UPS from our warehouse in California. Shipping rates can be viewed once an item is in your cart. Price is based on weight and your location. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of order being placed.

Free Ground Shipping for U.S. Orders Over $150  
Orders in the continental US will be shipped by UPS ground. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas U.S. Possessions, territories, and Freely Associated States will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Free Ground Shipping for Worldwide Orders Over $400  
If you are outside the USA, the free shipping promotion will only cover shipping via USPS International Priority service. Battenwear's policy is to declare international orders at full value. This means that you will be responsible for taxes and import duties once the item arrives in your country. If you would like to calculate roughly how much this will be, there are a number of useful customs calculators available online. The last thing we want is for you to be surprised by customs duties and taxes when receiving your Battenwear order. Please contact us at info@battenwear.com if you have any questions! 

Delivery Refusals And/Or Return To Sender

If you decide to refuse a shipment, Battenwear will not grant a refund of any kind.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped by DHL. It is our policy to declare international shipments at full value. Your government will require you to pay additional duties or fees on the full value of your order before they release the package to you. Battenwear cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties owed.
